How to choose a Charge band
Charge 5 and Charge 6 share a band, so one strap covers both trackers.
Which Charge models share bands?
Charge 5 and Charge 6 use the same connector and are fully interchangeable. Charge 3 and Charge 4 share a different, wider fitting with each other, and do not cross over to the 5 or 6. Charge 2 uses its own strap entirely. Some of our Charge bands cover more than one group and carry a model selector on the product page.
Metal bands for the Charge
Stainless steel mesh uses a magnetic clasp that slides to any position, so it fits exactly rather than to the nearest hole, and it is the easiest metal band to fasten one-handed. Link bracelets look the most like a watch but size once by removing links. On a tracker as narrow as the Charge, slim metal keeps the proportions right where a chunky bracelet can overwhelm it.
Charge band questions
How do I change a Charge band?
Turn the tracker over and find the small flat button where the band meets the case. Press it and slide the band sideways out of its channel. Fit the new band by lining the connector up and pressing until it clicks, then tug each half to confirm.
Are these bands sweat and water resistant?
Our silicone and nylon Charge bands handle sweat, showers and swimming. Rinse after pool or ocean use. Metal bands survive water but the clasp suffers from chlorine and salt, and leather should be kept dry.
