100-day money-back guarantee

You have 100 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Our 100-day money-back guarantee covers our physical products, including items purchased on sale. We accept returns in any condition, including opened, used, heavily used, damaged or broken products.

To receive a full refund for the returned product, you must return the whole product, including all of its parts. Original packaging and tags are not required. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are not returnable.

How to start a return

Email info@bandsandstraps.com within 100 days of receiving your product. Include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can identify your order.

Return shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping under our 100-day guarantee. BandsCo does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return-shipping costs, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@bandsandstraps.com so we can help resolve the issue. A product being damaged, broken or heavily used does not exclude it from our 100-day guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that the whole product has been returned and the return was requested within 100 days of delivery, we will approve your refund and notify you.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bandsandstraps.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

European Union cooling-off period and statutory rights

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. This is separate from, and does not shorten, our 100-day money-back guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides different return, refund or shipping-cost requirements, those requirements apply.
